QA Automation Engineer (Selenium + API + AI Testing)- Hartford CT

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and analyze automated test scripts for web applications and services.
Perform API testing and validation for integrations and data workflows.
Design and execute test automation frameworks using Selenium and modern programming languages.
Validate AI-driven systems, including testing for non-deterministic behavior, topic accuracy, and action accuracy.
Create and refine test data to represent realistic user interactions and scenarios.
Generate prompts and leverage test platforms/tools to execute and validate AI-based responses.
Identify defects, track issues, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and contribute to continuous testing and delivery processes.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to support testing activities and ensure alignment.
Utilize test management tools to document, track, and report testing progress and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in test automation and software testing.
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
Experience in API testing and data integration validation.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Familiarity with AI concepts and testing approaches for non-deterministic systems.
Experience working in Agile environments, preferably SAFe Agile.
Experience collaborating within onshore/offshore delivery models.
Hands-on experience with test management tools, such as Rational Tool Suite and JIRA.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
