The Digital Asset Technology Program / Project Manager will lead the digital asset initiative, with an initial focus on tokenized deposits. This role sits at the intersection of technology, payments, legal/regulatory, risk, and external partners, ensuring structured execution from strategy through proof-of-concept and production readiness. The role supports the Stablecoin Enterprise Task Force, coordinating multi-LOB workstreams, external fintech partners, and internal technology teams to translate strategy into executable programs and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end program execution for digital asset initiatives, including stablecoin and deposit token use cases, across discovery, design, PoC, and implementation phases
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones consistent with enterprise documentation practices (e.g., project plans, ELT update decks)
- Drive execution discipline across multiple concurrent workstreams (Technology, Legal/Regulatory, Risk, LOBs, External Partners)
- Act as the central point of coordination for the Stablecoin Task Force, facilitating alignment across Consumer, Commercial, Institutional, Technology, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams
- Partner closely with technology leads to document high-level solution flows, architecture options, and integration pathways for stablecoin and tokenized deposit solutions
- Coordinate inputs and outputs across weekly and monthly working groups, ensuring progress is tracked and surfaced appropriately
- Manage engagement timelines and deliverables with external partners and vendors (e.g., payment networks, core providers, cloud and wallet platforms)
- Track vendor documentation, follow-ups, technical artifacts, and next steps, ensuring materials are centrally stored and accessible to the task force
- Support evaluation of build / buy / partner options by coordinating inputs from vendors and internal SMEs
- Synthesize workstream outputs into concise, executive-level updates for CLT and ELT consumption
- Prepare and maintain executive presentation materials outlining objectives, progress, risks, dependencies, and upcoming decisions
- Clearly articulate tradeoffs, open questions, and resource needs to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, and Risk workstreams to ensure program plans reflect evolving regulatory guidance and risk considerations
- Track regulatory, legal, and compliance dependencies that impact timelines or solution design
- Ensure governance milestones and decision points are surfaced and documented
Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in technology program or project management, preferably within financial services, payments, or large-scale platform initiatives
- Experience with commercial payments, digital assets, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, or modern payment rails (RTP, FedNow, wires, ACH)
- Familiarity with bank operating environments, including technology risk, regulatory constraints, and vendor management
- Experience coordinating PoCs or pilots involving emerging technologies and external fintech partners
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-enterprise, multi-stakeholder programs with both internal teams and external partners
- Strong ability to translate strategy into structured execution (plans, milestones, risks, dependencies)
