Join this AAA Game Studio's data organization to shape the future of digital monetization. You will partner with Product, Finance, and Marketing teams to deliver data-driven insights that optimize player experiences and drive growth for the Marketplace and subscriptions.

responsibilities:
- Build predictive LTV models and analyze user spending behavior across digital platforms.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate pricing strategies and UX enhancements.
- Develop and automate large-scale ETL processes to support advanced data manipulation.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to senior management to influence business roadmaps.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
- 8-10 years applicable experience required
- Experience with database technologies
- Knowledge of the ETL process
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated history of success
- Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
