The Role
This position is open to technicians with installation experience, service/troubleshooting experience, or a combination of both. You'll work directly in the field supporting commercial and mission-critical sites.

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing
  • Install, configure, and test low-voltage security systems, including:
    • Access Control
    • CCTV / IP Video Surveillance
    • Intrusion Detection
  • Perform site walks and assist with system planning
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Document work completed through service reports and project updates
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and fellow technicians
  • Represent the organization professionally while delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience as a field technician in low-voltage, security, or electrical systems
  • Experience with installations, service, or both in systems such as Lenel, Software House, Genetec, Avigilon
  • Strong understanding of wiring, electronics, and system integration
  • Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in environments such as commercial, healthcare, industrial, or government facilities
