Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Architect to design and implement enterprise-class infrastructure solutions that align with organizational goals. This role involves defining architecture standards, leading cloud and on-premise integration efforts, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead infrastructure integration across cloud, data center, collaboration platforms, and directory services
Define and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and technology roadmaps
Develop and execute cloud strategy (Azure/AWS), networking, storage, and security solutions
Provide escalation support and perform root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and system performance optimization
Collaborate with enterprise architecture and business teams to align IT strategy
Plan lifecycle management and infrastructure upgrades
Support merger and acquisition infrastructure initiatives

Required Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure
5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect
Strong expertise in:
- Windows Server
- Azure and/or AWS (IaaS/PaaS)
- Active Directory / Entra ID
- Office 365 / Exchange
- Enterprise networking and virtualization
- SQL Server and database technologies
- SAN/storage systems
Experience leading DevOps and infrastructure teams
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and large-scale systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Cloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Solutions Architect)
Experience with enterprise transformation projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Skills:

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience in high-availability and disaster recovery design
Ability to work in complex, enterprise environments
