Role:            SAP BRIM CI/FICA Consultant

Location:       Dallas / Florida / New Jersey (Onsite)

Rate:             $91/hr on W2

Emplyment Type: W2 Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) & FICA Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (2022 onwards) to design, configure, and support end-to-end billing, invoicing, and receivables management solutions. The role involves implementing and customizing SAP BRIM components, including Convergent Invoicing, FICA, Provider Contract Management, Billable Item Management, and integration with Convergent Charging, Subscription Order Management (SOM), SAP RAR, FI-GL, CO, and FSCM.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Configure and support SAP BRIM CI and FICA processes, including billing, invoicing, collections, dunning, dispute, credit, and payment management.

·         Implement Provider Contract Management, Master Agreements, Partner Agreements, and invoice-level discounting.

·         Manage integrations with SAP FI-GL, CO-PA, SAP RAR, FSCM, Convergent Charging, and SOM.

·         Perform requirement gathering, solution design, prototyping, testing, and deployment activities.

·         Support FICA events, BAPIs, user exits, technical developments, and debugging.

·         Configure SAP financial structures such as Company Codes, GL, Fiscal Year Variants, Posting Areas, and Business Partner master data.

·         Ensure compliance with taxation requirements and revenue recognition processes.

Required Skills:

·         Strong experience in SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing and SAP FICA.

·         Hands-on S/4HANA 2022+ implementation experience.

·         Knowledge of SAP CO, SAP RAR, FI-GL, FSCM, and taxation integration.

·         Experience with Convergent Charging and Subscription Order Management (SOM).

·         Understanding of FIORI and ABAP technical development.

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

·         SAP BRIM Certification.

·         Experience in Telecom, Utilities, or subscription-based industries.
