Position Summary Position Summary As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be instrumental in overseeing the performance and availability of servers, services, and the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments. You will ensure that all hardware, operating systems, and critical applications remain accessible and efficient, thus contributing to our organization's seamless operations. Essential Job Functions System Support and Troubleshooting Provide advanced-level support for the day-to-day operations involving user desktops, servers, and related software, collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve client/server issues. Actively engage in problem management, identifying risks and opportunities for system enhancement, and effectively resolving client/server issues. Configure and support remote desktop services/terminal servers for seamless client application access. Liaise with external vendors for troubleshooting, support, and system upgrades Provide after-hours system support as required, ensuring 24/7 system availability. Security and Compliance Oversee system security, including operating system safety measures, application security, and access procedures. Adhere to and support the company's Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements. System Upgrades and Maintenance Take charge of planning and executing OS upgrades, software patches, and data migrations between systems. Ensure servers are regularly patched in accordance with IT policies and procedures, maintaining system integrity. Plan, size, and maintain Windows servers and the services that run on them, ensuring system performance and stability. Disaster Recovery and Performance Monitoring Assist with the planning, implementation, and testing of backup and recovery measures (Disaster Recovery). Monitor and update Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), aiding in performance management. Software Management Support CAD/CAM and PDM environments and manage software licensing. Handle network license management/installation for software resources. Configure, support, and maintain the corporate VDI environment, including managing the corporate IGEL imaging server. Coordinate with vendors for software acquisition, licensing, and upgrades. Organizational Participation and Documentation Participate in company meetings and Operational Excellence Programs. Maintain an organized work area (5S) and document software and server environments. Conduct training sessions for other staff members on new systems, applications, or procedures and create user-friendly documentation and resources. Capable of working in a manufacturing environment and completing all other assigned duties.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66000.00 - $99500.00/yr.
