Project Summary
migrating from its legacy reinsurance system (seeded side) to the global reinsurance platform: Duck Creek Reinsurance.
Other regions (Europe, Australia, Bermuda) have already migrated; North America is next.
The PM will drive the North America project to completion, ensuring alignment across multiple technical and business workstreams.
Coordinate across multiple workstreams:
Global platforms
Data migrations
Gross data integration
Technical services & infrastructure
Business process & readiness
Duck Creek reinsurance system lead
Reporting workstream
Align and manage cross team timelines and deliverables.
Ensure correct resources are engaged for each piece of work.
Help unify knowledge across the BAU North America team, which is newer and may have distributed subject matter expertise.
Facilitate communication across teams and escalate to leadership as needed.
No direct responsibility for budget management.
Technical & Professional
Strong program/project management background (business + IT).
Proficient with Microsoft applications.
Experienced with Agile ways of working.
Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA (highly beneficial).
Insurance industry experience required;
Reinsurance experience strongly preferred.
Experience with Duck Creek Reinsurance is preferred but not required.
Note: Many candidates have Duck Creek experience with other modules-vendors should ensure it's specifically Duck Creek Reinsurance.

Develop and modify Yaskawa robot programs based on project specs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot robotic issues.
Collaborate with engineering and production for system integration.
Perform system testing and validation.
Provide technical support and training to team members.
