Lead SAP SD

Role Summary

This is a Hybrid Application Lead role, focused on managing and supporting SAP Retail applications for a retail industry client. The position requires substantial hands-on experience in SAP SD and Retail processes, with a strong emphasis on Application Maintenance Support (AMS) and the ability to manage client relationships and resolve urgent issues. The successful candidate will be based in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in SAP Retail, preferably working with retail clients.
• Provide Application Maintenance Support (AMS), with the ability to solve urgent issues.
• Manage client relationships.
• Utilize hands-on knowledge in Retail processes like Promotions, store operations, and store sales.
• Work with FIORI related processes connected to Retail/Store Operations.
• Work with interfaces / Batch jobs and S/4 Hana.

Required Skills

• SAP Retail (>7 years experience)
• SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) (6+ years experience)
• Knowledge of interfaces / Batch jobs and S/4 Hana
• Retail industry experience
• Management experience (will manage an offshore team)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of SAP CAR
• Knowledge of POS
