About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Cybersecurity Metrics & Governance Lead to join the Executive Reporting, Metrics, and Analytics (ERMA) team. In this role, you will drive the design, governance, and automation of cybersecurity metrics and reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making and executive visibility.

You will partner across cybersecurity domains to ensure metrics are accurate, actionable, and aligned with enterprise standards while helping scale reporting capabilities through automation and modern tooling.
What You'll Do
Metrics & Reporting
  • Partner with cybersecurity domain owners to design, develop, and maintain metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Serve as the primary intake point for new metrics and reporting requests.
  • Automate manual reporting processes and improve data pipelines and visualization capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise metric governance standards and frameworks.
Governance & Compliance
  • Oversee cybersecurity metric governance, including quality, compliance, and control alignment.
  • Support and administer the Cybersecurity Metric Committee (CMC).
  • Manage risk and ensure metrics align with policy, regulatory, and procedural requirements.
  • Lead compliance remediation initiatives within ERMA.
Strategy & Tools
  • Design, enhance, and maintain the Cybersecurity Metrics Portal and related tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement of ERMA processes, workflows, and operating models.
  • Provide consulting support to internal teams to mature reporting, analytics, and governance practices.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with:
    • Metric Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
    • Cybersecurity Domain Owners and Delegates
    • Control Owners and Risk Accessible Unit (RAU) Leads
    • Senior governance committees and leadership stakeholders
  • Facilitate approvals, intake processes, and lifecycle management for cybersecurity metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or governance (GRC).
  • Active certification in at least one of the following:
    • CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC
  • Experience with metrics development, executive reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven experience in relationship management across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with:
    • Information security program governance
    • Data governance frameworks
    • Product lifecycle management
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights.
  • Experience building dashboards and automating reporting workflows.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
