Job DetailsKey Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare/post journal entries and analyze reconciliations
- Support month-end close, intercompany entries, and eliminations
- Maintain lease accounting in compliance with ASC 842
- Assist with fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Conduct freight expense and SG&A analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Contribute to SEC filing support and audit prep
- Reconcile liability, bank, and unvouchered accounts
- Deliver ad hoc financial reporting and senior-level insights
Qualifications - Needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
- Minimum 3 years of SEC reporting in a public company
- At least 5 years in similar accounting roles
- Proficiency with GAAP and internal controls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft D365, ProducePro, or ERP systems
- Lease accounting and fixed asset management
- Audit or international accounting experience a plus
