Position: Associate Creative Director -Open Position-CA

Responsibilities:
- Drive creative ideation and execution across:
- Experiential activations and live brand moments
Social media (organic and paid)
Digital media and web-based creative
Customer marketing
Develop creative concepts that are culturally relevant, platform-native, and
on-brand
Translate strategy into compelling visual systems, campaigns, and assets
Be deeply hands-on designing, directing, refining, and producing work yourself
Create and oversee visual storytelling across multiple formats and channels
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and production teams
Support and occasionally direct external partners (freelancers, fabricators,
production vendors) as needed
Contribute to global campaigns and support international creative deliverables as
needed
Ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across all deliverables
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications Required:
5-7 years of experience in creative direction, design, or art direction roles
Strong design background is required you re as comfortable executing as you are
leading
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
Proven experience delivering creative across experiential, social, digital, and
customer marketing channels
A portfolio that shows conceptual thinking + polished execution
Deep understanding of social platforms and paid media best practices
Strong visual taste, attention to detail, and point of view
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Clear communicator who can articulate ideas and rationale with confidence
Excellent organizational, project management skills with the ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects
Creative thinker who can generate new ideas and take risks to push boundaries
Ability to take direction, give feedback, and push work forward collaboratively
Preferred:
Experience with experiential marketing or large-scale brand activations
Familiarity with motion, video, or emerging formats
Background in lifestyle, CPG, tech, or culture-driven brands
