Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in preparing, documenting, and executing test criteria and test scripts.
Proficiency in Child Support Enforcement System development projects and associated domain testing.
Experience in regression, integration, security, and performance testing methodologies for IT systems.
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager for test lifecycle management.
Experience with Selenium and automated testing tools for software validation.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies within a complex system development environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts and regression suites to validate system functionality.
Monitor and review vendor testing performance and execution results throughout all project phases.
Manage test data preparation and interface data files for executing complex test scenarios.
Perform data analysis and root cause analysis for software defects and production issues.
Review functional design documentation to validate system enhancements against approved requirements.
Identify, reproduce, and report defects while tracking resolution progress with development teams.
Lead functional design sessions and incident review meetings to ensure high-quality software delivery.
