About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused Mid-Market Account Manager to help our customers grow and succeed with our platform. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, ensuring customers see continuous value while driving renewals, expansion, and long-term partnerships.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to uncover growth opportunities, mitigate churn risk, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. If you thrive in fast-moving SaaS environments, enjoy managing a high-volume book of business, and love building strong customer relationships, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through strong customer relationships and expansion opportunities.
- Manage the renewal lifecycle, ensuring contracts are renewed on time and customers remain engaged.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer goals.
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to create a seamless customer journey.
- Track customer health metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities for growth.
- Manage a large portfolio of mid-market accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 3–5 years of Account Management experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Experience managing 100+ accounts at once
- Experience working with ACVs between $10K–$100K
- Background in Account Management plus Customer Success or Account Executive roles
Skills
- Strong track record of renewals, upsells, and revenue expansion
- Experience using Salesforce and Stripe
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced SaaS environments
