We are seeking an Enterprise Data Analytics Manager to build and modernize an enterprise-wide data and analytics practice from the ground up. responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and elevate a dedicated internal team of data analysts and engineers while overseeing key technical vendor relationships.
  • Establish and enforce robust data governance policies, master data management frameworks, and quality standards across the organization.
  • Architect and launch a modernized cloud data lake and warehouse ecosystem to centralize enterprise reporting.
  • Act as the primary data authority for major enterprise transformation initiatives, including a large-scale ERP implementation.
  • Oversee data requirements, legacy cleansing, transformation logic, and post-migration readiness to ensure master data consistency.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in sales, finance, marketing, and operations to develop durable, self-service data products like pricing analytics and customer insight models.
  • Champion data literacy across the business by providing intuitive dashboards and leading comprehensive training programs.



qualifications:

7 to 10 or more years of progressive professional experience focusing on enterprise data management, business intelligence, or data architecture.


Demonstrated experience in people management, including direct oversight of technical teams and vendor partnerships.


Proven track record of managing enterprise master data governance, taxonomy strategy, and data quality frameworks.


Direct hands-on involvement leading data profiling, cleansing, and mapping workstreams within large-scale ERP implementations.


Solid working knowledge of cloud data warehousing, SQL pipelines, modern integration tools, and enterprise BI solutions.


A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
