๐Ÿงพ Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance professional with strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and hands-on experience in Certificate of Insurance (COI) / Proof of Insurance processing. The role requires accuracy, analytical thinking, and strong understanding of insurance documentation and regulatory guidelines.


๐Ÿ”‘ Key Responsibilities

  • Process and issue Certificates of Insurance (COI) accurately and within defined timelines
  • Interpret insurance policies and validate coverage details
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Work with ACORD forms (especially ACORD 25) for certificate issuance
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation
  • Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders for clarification and resolution

โญ Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance / Insurance Broking
  • Hands-on experience in Certificate of Insurance / Proof of Insurance processing
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret insurance documents and policy terms

  • Experience working with ACORD forms (especially ACORD 25)
