Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of IT project management experience to lead large-scale enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership. Experience managing projects in enterprise environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects from initiation through deployment.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage multiple cross-functional teams including developers, QA, architects, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboards.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project financials including forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and resource utilization.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies while supporting hybrid Agile-Waterfall delivery models.
• Collaborate with PMO leadership to ensure governance, compliance, and best practices.
• Monitor project KPIs and prepare executive-level presentations and status reports.
• Coordinate UAT, production deployments, change management, and post-implementation support.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Project Management experience in IT.
• Strong experience managing enterprise software development projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Release Management, Change Management, and PMO governance.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and vendor management.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with risk management, issue tracking, dependency management, and escalation handling.
• Ability to manage distributed and offshore teams.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification (Required/Preferred)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist
• Experience working in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Financial Services domains.
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience managing Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, Data, or AI/ML projects is a plus.
