Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical Control Panel Assembly & Panel Wiring
- Blueprint, Schematic & Wiring Diagram Interpretation
- Wire Routing, Termination & Cable Management
- Industrial Electrical Systems & Components
- PLC Panel Wiring (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Troubleshooting & Electrical Diagnostics
- Panel Layout & Component Installation
- Continuity Testing & Quality Assurance
- NEC & Safety Compliance
- Hand & Power Tool Operation
Qualifications:
- Assembled and performed panel wiring for industrial electrical control panels using detailed schematics and blueprints
- Installed, routed, terminated, and labeled wiring for relays, circuit breakers, and control components to ensure clean and accurate builds
- Interpreted electrical diagrams and schematics to complete panel builds efficiently and to specification
- Conducted continuity testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve wiring issues and ensure proper system functionality
- Mounted and installed electrical components based on panel layout designs and engineering drawings
- Maintained compliance with NEC standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements
- Supported production timelines by delivering high-quality, defect-free panel assemblies
- Collaborated with engineering and production teams to resolve wiring discrepancies and improve build efficiency
