Position: Archer Architect
Location: San Jose CA (Onsite)

Archer Architect with 10+ years of experience is responsible for leading end-to-end solution design, architecture, and governance of the RSA Archer platform across enterprise GRC programs. The role bridges business risk requirements and technical implementation, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Technical Skills:

Advanced configuration and integration skills.
Experience in customizing XSLT, XML, JavaScript · Experience in Web Services, REST APIs.
Good Analytical Skills to design solutions and troubleshooting issues.
Awareness about project implementation life cycle.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012
.Net knowledge is preferred.

Required Certifications: Archer Certified Professional

Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities to ensure effective management and optimization of the Archer platform:
Define end-to-end architecture for Archer implementations
Understand business requirements and translate to technical specifications.
Create High-level & low-level design documents, Data models, workflows, and integrations
Experienced across multiple Archer use cases Issues Management, Policy Management, Control Assurance, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Business Assets Management, and custom ODAs.
Guide teams on: Application configuration, Advanced workflows & calculations and ODAs.
Design integrations with External systems, Data warehouses / analytics platforms
Collaborate with: Risk, Compliance, Audit teams, CIO/CISO organizations
Perform Design reviews, Code reviews, Quality assurance oversight
Demonstrate advanced configuration capabilities, including integrations and workflow automation.
