Summary

Job Description:

Proficiency in C and Linux Kernel development
Experience with the PCIe subsystem in the Linux kernel (drivers, DMA, interrupts, device enumeration)
Experience with Linux kernel networking stack and datapath.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize Linux kernel networking and PCIe subsystems
Enable and tune SR-IOV, vDPA, and device virtualization features
Optimize DMA, interrupts, and queue handling for low latency
Debug kernel-level performance and stability issues

Is a plus:

Experience with hypervisors and virtualization internals
Hands-on work with SR-IOV, VF drivers, and device passthrough
Experience with vDPA or virtio offload frameworks

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Remote, to be $135,000 to $140,000, and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good-faith estimate, and the amount offered may be higher or lower.
