Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on AI Technical Lead to design, build, and scale AI/ML solutions. This role requires a balance of deep technical expertise, architecture ownership, and team leadership, with active involvement in coding, model customization, and deployment.
 
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead the design and development of AI/ML solutions (LLMs, NLP, Predictive Models) 
Define scalable system architecture for AI platforms and data pipelines 
Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment 

Hands-on Development
Build (nice to have), train (Mandatory), fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and GenAI models 
Work with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn 
Implement LLM-based applications using tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex 
Develop APIs and microservices for AI solutions 
Sound in Java or Python

Cloud & Deployment
Deploy AI solutions on Azure AI/Cloud cloud platforms 
Optimize performance, scalability, and cost 

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
Mentor engineers and data scientists 
Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders 
Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions 

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong programming in Java, Python 
Deep knowledge of Machine Learning & Deep Learning NLP / LLMs (Transformers, embeddings, prompt engineering) 

Experience with: 
REST APIs, microservices 
Vector databases 
SQL/NoSQL databases 

Experience
7–12+ years in software engineering / AI/ML 
2–5 years leading AI/ML teams or projects 
Proven experience delivering production-grade AI systems 

Good to Have
Experience with Generative AI (RAG, fine-tuning, agents) 
Exposure to domain-specific AI (FinTech, Banking) 
Familiarity with API Gateways and enterprise integrations
