IAM / Identity and Access Management Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise identity security solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), access management, and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The candidate will help ensure secure user authentication, authorization, provisioning, and access compliance across enterprise applications and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, authentication, and authorization protocols.
• Experience implementing and supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), access certification, and access reviews.
• Experience with user provisioning, deprovisioning, and identity lifecycle management.
• Understanding of RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties, and access control policies.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
• Experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise and cloud applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
