Role Overview
The EDI Interface Systems Analyst will support data exchange and integration across Medicaid Enterprise System modules, focusing on EDI transactions, interface workflows, and system integrations. The role involves data mapping, interface testing, and coordination with multiple vendors in an Agile/DevOps environment. The role is based in Richmond, VA and the job is open to candidates within a 100-mile radius of Richmond, VA.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and system changes impacting MES modules
Analyze data structures and provide guidance on data mapping
Review configurations and code supporting data exchanges between systems and trading partners
Manage interface workflows, including SFTP/HTTPS file transfers and integration points
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test data for interface and end-to-end testing
Coordinate Interface Testing, Trading Partner Testing, and End-to-End Testing across vendors
Monitor schedules, track testing progress, and communicate risks/issues
Lead defect triage calls and ensure timely resolution across multiple teams
Act as liaison between vendors and business stakeholders to resolve escalated issues
Validate integration behavior across file transfers and system handoffs
Prepare and present test results, metrics, and reports to leadership
Maintain documentation, issue tracking, and resolution processes
