Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP HR (HCM) Consultant with strong exposure to ECC to S/4HANA upgrade projects and work for 20 hours per week.
The role involves supporting HR system conversion activities, performing impact analysis, ensuring HR data integrity, and collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver a smooth S/4HANA transition.
Key responsibilities include SAP HR configuration and support, HR data migration and validation, testing (SIT/UAT), SPAU/SPDD support, and post-go-live stabilization. Experience with SuccessFactors integration or migration is a plus.
Requirements:
10+ years of SAP HR/HCM experience, hands-on involvement in S/4HANA upgrades, strong functional knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
