Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer for a long-term contract opportunity in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce LWC, Apex, REST integrations, Platform Events, Kafka, and Git. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, supporting deployments, and collaborating with technical and business teams. Strong experience with Salesforce development, integration patterns, CI/CD, and enterprise environments is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and Kafka.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous solutions.
Manage source code and development workflows using Git.
Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Integrate Salesforce with internal and external enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
Follow Salesforce best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical discussions.
Support deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments.
