Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. This role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.
Responsibilities: - Implement solutions by configuring and customizing scripting for all components of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) product.
- Lead complex technology initiatives, including those that are companywide with broad impact, and act as an escalation point while providing guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
- Design, code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables using agreed-upon standards and tools.
- Resolve coding, testing, and escalated platform issues of a technically challenging nature.
- Ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.
- Deliver secure and scalable solutions that comply with defined standards and best practices.
- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals.
- Partner with production support and platform engineering teams effectively.
- Code ServiceNow solutions within an Agile Framework.
Qualifications: - 10+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 5+ years of experience with service-oriented architecture methods and the ability to consult clients on such topics.
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development, installation, or troubleshooting.
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
- 1+ years of experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, ES5+, and HTML.

Pay Range: $80 - $90
