  • Provide technical sales support in both pre- and post-proposal phases, interfacing directly with customers to define requirements and communicate design solutions
  • Generate and maintain clear, comprehensive test reports, design documentation, and project tracking artifacts; manage multiple concurrent projects using project management tools
  • Ability to travel approximately 10-20% domestically, with occasional international travel.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience designing products through agency certification (EMI/EMC, FCC, CSA, shock/vibration, HazLoc, or medical standards)
  • Strong technical writing skills with demonstrated ability to produce organized test reports and design documentation
  • Experience in fault and failure analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required to prepare technical documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and certification agencies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience with medical device design and certification (IEC 60601)
