Build and maintain CAPEX/OPEX cost models, rate build-ups, and supporting assumptions under the direction of the Manager; keep inputs current and clearly documented so changes are traceable and explainable.
Support the team's standardized Cost Definition framework by maintaining the centralized cost baseline (captive and non-captive), updating intake, cost, and capacity inputs, and helping generate rate and capacity recommendations.
Gather, validate, and reconcile financial and operational data from multiple systems (e.g., SAP, port/vendor data) to ensure accurate and timely analysis.
Assist with capacity and network-flow evaluation across ports, VPCs, and IPCs, comparing port inventory vs. storage capacity and modeling sensitivity for future customer growth.
Develop and maintain business-performance reports and dashboards (e.g., Port Overview Dashboard) to monitor monthly performance, identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities, and recommend improvement actions.
Prepare clear, decision-ready deliverables; Excel models, PowerPoint slides, and supporting narratives, for internal working sessions and executive/leadership review.
Support RFQ/RFP analysis for major OEM opportunities by compiling validated cost, capacity, and rate inputs for the Manager's guidance and approval.
Assist with financial feasibility and business-case preparation for network expansion and site initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to collect recurring inputs and clarify assumptions.
Help drive the transition from manual, fragmented reporting toward automated reporting using Power BI or similar tools.
