Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, motors, drives, sensors, HMIs, and electrical control systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and document completed work
- Support equipment installations, startups, upgrades, and commissioning projects
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve equipment issues
- Maintain electrical parts inventory and spare components
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and electrical safety standards
- Assist with continuous improvement efforts to increase equipment performance and reduce downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience troubleshooting PLC-based automation systems
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical components, controls, motors, and drives
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of LOTO, Arc Flash, and electrical safety procedures
Preferred Experience
- Cleanroom manufacturing environments
- Automated manufacturing equipment or robotics
- Equipment installation and commissioning
- Opto 22 or similar industrial control platforms
