Lead Salesforce Developer(Need FL Locals)

Subject: Applications Development Analyst ( Platform Developer, Platform App Builder ,Salesforce Administrator)
Location: Tallahassee, FL 
Client: Florida Department of Commerce

Education:

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field/equivalent work experience;

Minimum Qualifications of Candidate

Salesforce certifications in Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, and Platform App Bulder;
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in design and/or development experience with Salesforce Platform;
Strong background in Apex programming techniques, writing triggers, service classes, batch and queueable Apex, scheduled jobs, governor limits and object-oriented principles;
Experience with SOQL and SOSL, retrieving data efficiently from Salesforce Objects, understanding query limits and optimization techniques;
Experience with Lightning Web Components, build modern, component-based front-end experiences in JavaScript/HTML/CSS, integrating with Apex;
Experience with Salesforce Flow and Process Automation using declarative automation to streamline workflows, validate data and trigger actions without code;
Experience as an expert/lead technical role;
Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments;
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies;
Experience with Salesforce production deployments; assist with troubleshooting deployment issues;
 

Deliverables/Tasks

1. Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performance optimization;

2. Customize and extend Salesforce functionality to meet specific business needs;

3. Integrate Salesforce with relevant third-party systems and internal applications;

5. Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the client’s internal team Review existing Salesforce org configuration, codebase, and integrations;

6. Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages;

7. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation;

8. Build and configure API integrations with external systems;

9. Implement role-based security, profiles, and permission sets;

10. Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements;

11. Perform unit testing and integration testing;

12. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client stakeholders;

13. Resolve defects and optimize performance;

14. Deploy changes to production following change management protocols;

15. Provide technical documentation for all customizations and integrations;
