seeking an experienced Identity Governance Analyst to lead and support application onboarding into the enterprise Identity Governance (IGA) platform. This role is responsible for translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable access governance controls, ensuring compliant provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification processes across both regulatory and non-regulatory applications.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close partnership with application owners, compliance teams, audit, engineering, and QA/testing teams to deliver secure, auditable, and automated access controls.
Key Responsibilities
Application Onboarding & Requirements Gathering
Lead end-to-end onboarding of applications into the IGA platform, including regulatory, SOX, and business-critical systems.
Conduct structured requirements gathering sessions with application owners, business stakeholders, and control owners.
Document access models, entitlement structures, role design, approval workflows, and segregation of duties (SoD) requirements.
Translate business and compliance requirements into functional IGA configurations and onboarding specifications.
Compliance & Controls Partnership
Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit teams to ensure onboarding meets regulatory and policy standards.
Embed access review, certification, and policy controls aligned with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
Support evidence collection and audit requests related to access governance controls.
Testing & UAT Support
Partner with QA and testing teams to develop detailed test plans, test cases, and validation criteria for provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review workflows.
Support execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Assist in defect triage, root cause analysis, and validation of fixes prior to production deployment.
Ensure successful transition from testing to production with validated controls.
Operational Governance & Continuous Improvement
Support implementation of automated access provisioning and deprovisioning.
Assist in running periodic access certifications and access review campaigns.
Identify process gaps and recommend control improvements to enhance automation and reduce manual intervention.
Maintain onboarding documentation, control mappings, and process playbooks
