Job Description:
The Client is  seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Financials Developer to support a critical migration project. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience and demonstrate the ability to work independently on complex tasks, while also contributing to team efforts when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, review, and modify programming systems, including encoding, testing, and debugging, to support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications
  • Ensure seamless integration of software into the ERP environment
  • Coordinate software integration activities and maintain technical documentation
  • Analyze legacy systems built on the .NET framework, including reverse-engineering business logic and extracting critical data
  • Perform standard PeopleSoft development activities
  • Document and clearly communicate legacy system logic to project teams and stakeholders
  • Participate in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and support project-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently on complex assignments
  • Experience leading or directing the work of others is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information:

  • Flexibility to work off-hours may be required depending on project phases
