Senior SAP SD / OTC Consultant – S/4HANA aATP

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP SD / Order-to-Cash Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP).

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP SD / OTC processes including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Returns and Credit Management.
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Advanced ATP (aATP) solutions.
• Work hands-on with:
  • Product Availability Check – PAC
  • Product Allocation – PAL
  • Backorder Processing – BOP
  • Alternative-Based Confirmation – ABC
  • Supply Protection – SUP
  • Product / Plant / Storage Location Substitution
  • Confirmation Strategies
  • Release for Delivery
• Configure BOP variants, segments, priorities and strategies such as Win, Gain, Redistribute, Fill and Lose.
• Design allocation and prioritization solutions for constrained inventory and high-priority customers.
• Support complex order fulfillment scenarios across multiple plants and distribution locations.
• Configure and troubleshoot pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences and pricing routines.
• Work closely with MM, PP, FI, EWM/TM and technical teams.
• Support integrations between SAP and CRM/eCommerce/third-party applications using APIs, IDocs and middleware.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/integration teams.
• Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect resolution.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot complex OTC/aATP issues.
• Participate in business workshops, requirement gathering and solution design sessions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP SD / OTC experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep hands-on experience with Advanced ATP (aATP).
• Strong knowledge of PAC, PAL, BOP, ABC and Supply Protection.
• Strong experience with:
  • Order Management
  • Pricing
  • Billing
  • Shipping / Logistics Execution
  • Returns
  • Credit Management
• Strong understanding of SD integration with MM, PP, FI and EWM/TM.
• Experience with APIs, IDocs and external system integrations.
• Ability to explain and troubleshoot aATP configuration at a detailed, hands-on level.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

• Automotive, manufacturing, high-tech or digital-commerce experience.
• Salesforce / CRM / eCommerce-to-SAP integration experience.
• BRF+ / S/4HANA Output Management experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume order fulfillment environments.

Key Requirement: This is not an ATP-exposure role. The consultant should have recent, hands-on S/4HANA aATP configuration and implementation experience and be comfortable independently owning the aATP workstream.
