QA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a QA in Fort Washington, PA.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute test plans for functional, integration, and regression testing
* Design and maintain manual and automated test cases and scripts
* Execute tests, analyze results, and report on test execution status
* Identify, document, and help troubleshoot defects and production issues
* Build and optimize test automation frameworks and processes
* Map requirements to test cases and ensure full coverage
* Analyze complex applications and business workflows to create effective test scenarios
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate business and technical requirements
* Drive quality standards, testing best practices, and continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 5+ years of QA experience in manual and automated testing environments
* Experience developing test strategies, automation frameworks, and workflows
* Experience working with SOA-based applications
* Experience in Agile or project-based environments
* Strong knowledge of system testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
* Strong understanding of SQL and ability to run queries
* Proficiency with automated testing tools and scripting
* Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
* Detail-oriented with strong organization and execution skills
* Ability to analyze complex systems and execute detailed test scenarios
* Mortgage servicing or banking industry experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
