Job Description

• Research and resolve inventory mismatches, failed transactions, and SAP document flow issues.
• Troubleshoot MIGO, goods movement types, PO errors, and incorrect postings.
• Review SAP ? WMS interface activity, identifying and clearing exceptions.
• Investigate discrepancies across storage locations, special stock, and perpetual balances.
• Support cleanup of material master data impacting valuation or movement.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and assist with month-end close activities.
• Prepare documentation for internal reviews and audits.
• Maintain Excel reporting tools; analyze large data sets with advanced functions.
• Collaborate daily with offshore partners to resolve transactional issues.

The Successful Applicant

• 2-4 years of experience in inventory operations or inventory accounting.
• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA or ECC skills, especially in MIGO, goods movements, and PO troubleshooting.
• Experience working with WMS interfaces; LogPro knowledge is a plus.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, vlookups, large dataset analysis).
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with cross-functional partners.

Schedule: 40 hours/week, standard EST business hours.
Work Model: Fully remote.
