Summary

Position Summary:
Responsible for operating, and maintaining production machinery during the first shift. Working as part of a small team of operators to support workflow, ensuring safety, quality, and daily production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
? Operate and maintain assigned production equipment safely and efficiently in
accordance with established procedures and schedules.
? Set up machines, perform routine adjustments, and ensure proper machine
cleaning and maintenance.?
? Perform regular quality control checks and document production data accurately.
? Maximize productivity and maintain steady workflow during the shift.?
? Communicate effectively with other operators and shift leaders.
? Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting and resolving machinery or
operational problems.
? Recommend and assist with process improvements for production efficiency
and product quality.

Qualifications:
? Prior experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing or industrial
setting (3+ years preferred).?
? Demonstrated mechanical aptitude including proficient use of hand tools and
basic shop equipment; ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment repairs.
? Ability to read and interpret job orders, equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and
basic technical documentation.
? Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
? Effective communication, computer, and organizational skills.?
? Willingness to work second shift and flex as needed for business demands.
? Experience/Certification driving a forklift
