The role focuses on improving service stability, operational readiness, and incident response within a hybrid cloud environment, leveraging Python automation, LLM?enabled tooling, container platforms, and cloud infrastructure to drive standardized, scalable operations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of engineering experience or equivalent combination of work, consulting, military, or education
- Strong Python development experience focused on automation and operational tooling
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
- Deep operational experience with Red Hat OpenShift and container platforms
- Advanced Unix/Linux systems administration in large enterprise environments
- Proven experience leading or facilitating high-severity (major) incident management calls
- Demonstrated ability to influence process improvement and adoption of operational frameworks
- Experience working within enterprise IT Operations models

- Experience developing or integrating LLM-enabled tools for diagnostics or operations
- Experience conducting Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR)
