Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Site Separation & Technology Cutover to lead end-to-end technology separation and transition activities from Solventum to the client s technology ecosystem. The role involves coordinating IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, ERP dependencies, network services, business readiness, and cutover execution while minimizing disruption to manufacturing and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site separation planning, project execution, and technology transition activities.
• Develop integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and cutover strategies.
• Coordinate infrastructure, applications, network, security, end-user services, and ERP teams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and project governance.
• Drive cutover readiness, Go/No-Go decisions, rollback planning, and business validation.
• Provide executive status reports and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate hypercare, stabilization, knowledge transfer, and operational handoff.
  Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise IT project management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in site transitions, infrastructure migrations, technology transformation, or enterprise application implementations.
• Strong expertise in integrated project planning, RAID management, cutover governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in M&A integration, divestiture, technology carve-outs, or site separation programs.
• ERP implementation experience, preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or medical device industry experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
