Role OverviewThis role provides first-level technical support to end users across a global organization. The Help Desk Analyst will support users via phone, email, and chat, handle incoming requests and incidents, and document all activity using ServiceNow. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate to gain enterprise IT experience, with exposure to Microsoft technologies and large-scale initiatives such as an O365 migration.Key Responsibilities- Serve as first point of contact for all end-user IT issues via phone, email, and chat
- Log, track, and manage incidents and requests using the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Provide Level 1 support for common issues, including:
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365 questions and troubleshooting
- Account access and permission requests
- Break/fix desktop and application issues
- SAP-related issues (user-facing support and triage)
- Support increased ticket volume related to an ongoing O365 migration
- Perform basic troubleshooting and resolution, escalating issues appropriately when needed
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of issues, steps taken, and resolutions
- Deliver a positive customer experience with strong communication and professionalism
Required Skills & Qualifications- Interest in or experience with IT Help Desk or Service Desk support
- Ability to provide technical support over phone, email, and chat
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to follow documented processes and troubleshoot methodically
- Comfortable working in a ticketed, enterprise support environment
Preferred / Nice to Have- Experience working in a Service Desk Analyst role in an enterprise environment
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
- Active Directory
- SAP user support
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or another ITSM tool

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
