Our law firm client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a vital part of our litigation team, managing complex litigation cases, preparing for trials, and providing litigation support. This role calls for a detail-oriented professional who is well-versed in legal research, case management, trial preparation, and litigation support. Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of complex litigation cases under the direction of an attorney.
2. Conduct legal research, gather relevant information, and organize evidence to support the litigation process.
3. Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
4. Assist in trial preparation including witness preparation, trial exhibits, and trial binders.
5. Coordinate and manage e-discovery process including document review, production, and data management.
6. Provide litigation support during trials
7. Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, court officials, and other attorneys.
8. Maintain case management system to ensure accurate and timely updates.
9. Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court dates.
10. Ensure all legal documents and correspondence are filed correctly and within deadlines.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal handling personal injury matters.
2. Proficient in case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong understanding of legal terminologies, principles, and procedures.
4. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
9. Familiarity with the rules of civil procedure and court rules.
