Summary

Service Project Manager - Commercial Electrical

Location: Woburn, MA (eastern Massachusetts territory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000 to $150,000 per year

Take ownership of commercial electrical service projects from quote to closeout, at a family-owned contractor with more work coming in than people to run it.

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with an electrical contractor
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and customers at the same time
  • Comfortable traveling within an eastern Massachusetts territory

What You\'ll Do

  • Run electrical service projects, including tenant fit-outs, service upgrades, panel swaps, repairs, and small installs
  • Serve commercial buildings, schools, healthcare, and life science facilities
  • Estimate and quote new service work
  • Order material and schedule electricians to keep jobs on track
  • Work directly with customers as their main point of contact
  • Close out jobs cleanly and on time

Nice-to-Haves

  • Commercial electrical project experience (strongly preferred)
  • APMs with a few years of commercial experience who are ready to run their own work are welcome to apply

Compensation and Benefits

  • $85,000 to $150,000 base salary based on experience

  • No on-call rotation for this role
  • Territory set around where you live, within a couple hours of driving
