WMS Implementation Business Analyst/ System Analyst/Project Manager
Remote with up to 50% Travel to Client Implementation Sites
6-Month Contract

 

  • We are seeking experienced WMS Implementation Business Analysts / Consultants to support Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation projects for clients across warehouse, distribution, and supply chain environments.
  • This role will work directly with business users and stakeholders to support process analysis, documentation, testing, training, and deployment activities.
  • Support WMS implementation and deployment projects.
  • Gather and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.
  • Create SOPs, training materials, and user documentation.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Deliver end-user training and post-go-live support.
  • Assist with process improvement and operational readiness activities.
  • Provide project updates and communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
  • Experience supporting or leading WMS implementation projects.
  • Strong Business Analyst, process documentation, and workflow mapping experience.
  • Experience with UAT coordination and end-user training.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in client-facing environments and travel up to 50%.
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP WM/EWM, Oracle WMS, Infor WMS, or similar.
  • Previous consulting or implementation experience.
