Summary

Technology Experience (TechEx) Deskside Analyst is responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line deskside break/fix support within a high-demand onsite environment. This role ensures customer satisfaction targets are consistently met or exceeded by delivering expert technical support across Microsoft O365 products, desktop and laptop systems, MacOS, and mobile devices. The position operates as the primary onsite Technology Experience representative, collaborating with broader global support teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line break/fix support for hardware, software, and mobile device issues.
Configure, install, monitor, and maintain desktop, laptop, MacOS, and mobile hardware and software environments.
Support Microsoft O365 applications and Active Directory administration tasks.
Deliver on-the-spot technical training and guidance to end users to improve system adoption and productivity.
Maintain and manage support tickets using ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms while adhering to SLA targets.
Monitor performance against defined service metrics and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to management.
Collaborate on service improvement initiatives and operational technology projects.
Qualifications
Required:
Experience with common technologies including Windows, OSX, Office 365, AD, mobile, etc.
Relevant IT support experience
Service Now or Ticketing Software experience
Relevant experience of performing and managing to clearly defined SLA targets

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $22.50 - $32.50 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
