The Mechanical Engineering Design Engineer is responsible for supporting the design, development, and delivery of systems, structures, and components used in Holtec's spent nuclear fuel storage, transportation, and advanced nuclear technologies programs. Based at Holtec's Corporate Engineering Center in Camden, NJ, this role develops and reviews engineering designs, analyses, specifications, and fabrication drawings while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, quality requirements

OVERVIEW Independently performs mechanical design activities for all phases of heat transfer equipment design for a project of moderate size and complexity (e.g., continuing services project involving a single engineering discipline).
