Summary
Rate Range: $30/hour to $35/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Manufacturing Technician job responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily tasks with manufacturing staff to meet customer requirements for boxbuild and coating while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Assemble finished units according to customer specifications and collaborate with teammates on tasks requiring multiple operators.
- Maintain and organize spare parts inventory, ensuring timely ordering and accuracy for order fulfillment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on area tooling and follow standardized procedures to support audit compliance and equipment readiness.
- Prepare assemblies for coating, operate manual or automated coating equipment, and maintain accurate thickness logs and MES records (if coating is assigned).
- Support 5S initiatives by keeping the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production support environments.
- Ability to follow detailed written/visual instructions, work within standardized procedures, and maintain accuracy in documentation.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate tasks, manage inventory, and support cross?functional operations.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
