Summary

IDR is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This organization is a leader in the industry, providing specialized financial and accounting services. The role offers a chance to support critical accounting functions during a significant ERP system transition.

Position Overview for the Senior Accounting Analyst:

Support daily accounting operations during the ERP go-live and stabilization phases
Assist with parallel processing and reconciliation between legacy systems and Oracle Fusion
Support month-end close activities during the stabilization period
Identify and resolve data, system, and process issues to ensure operational continuity
Collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and implementation teams to improve processes

Requirements for the Senior Accounting Analyst:

Bachelor's degree and 10 years of progressive accounting experience
Solid understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close processes
Experience supporting ERP implementations or post-go-live stabilization preferred
Oracle Fusion experience is a plus but not required
Strong Excel skills with keen attention to detail
