Job Description - Role:
Responsibilities include:

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including:

Scrum
Kanban
SAFe

Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation abilities.
Experience managing multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Required Certifications

Scrum Master Certifications:

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Preferred certification

Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
