Position: Oracle Functional EPM Support SME
Location: Remote, US
Duration: 1-2 years

Job Description: Need an Oracle EPM Functional Cloud Analyst for remote support focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing cloud-based financial systems. This role bridges the gap between accounting/finance stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless monthly, quarterly, and annual financial operations.

Core Responsibilities by Module

FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close): Manage the end-to-end financial close process, including consolidation rules, ownership management, and multi-currency translations.
ARCS (Account Reconciliation): Configure reconciliation compliance, transaction matching, and workflow approvals to automate balance sheet reconciliations.
EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management): Oversee master data governance across all EPM modules, managing dimension builds, hierarchies, and cross-module synchronization.
Narrative Reporting: Develop and maintain management and regulatory report packages, utilizing Smart View and Disclosure Management for secure, auditable report publishing.

General Functional Duties

Production Support: Troubleshoot complex techno-functional issues, resolve service requests via ticketing systems, and manage critical system incidents.
Requirements & Design: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into functional design documents and technical specifications.
Integration & Automation: Manage data loads and mappings using Data Management and EPM Automate; some roles require basic scripting in SQL, Python, or Groovy.

System Maintenance: Lead testing for quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades (SIT/UAT) and manage change control processes to ensure audit compliance.
