Salary: $125,000 USD

Job Summary

We are seeking two Digital Channels Leads to architect, design, and deliver enterprise-grade digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in modern digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise digital solutions using React JS, React Native, and Angular across web and mobile channels.
• Drive solution design for hybrid and cross-platform mobile applications; Flutter expertise is a strong plus.
• Contribute to and lead "vibe coding" initiatives using specialized tools and product accelerators.
• Collaborate with design, content, and engineering teams to create immersive, responsive, and accessible digital experiences.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, reusable components, coding patterns, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead client workshops, platform evaluations, and digital modernization roadmap efforts.
• Integrate front-end solutions with CMS, analytics, and marketing platforms (Adobe, Sitecore, Drupal, Optimizely).
• Guide development teams on DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native delivery pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in web and mobile architecture.
• Deep hands-on expertise in:
  • React JS (mandatory)
  • React Native (mandatory)
  • Angular (mandatory)
• Experience with additional frameworks is a plus:
  • Flutter, Vue.js, Next.js, Node.js
• Strong understanding of:
  • Headless CMS and DXP platforms
  • API-first architectures
  • MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO techniques, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and client advisory skills.
• Leadership experience guiding engineering teams in complex digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Required).
• Proven background leading digital channels, platform modernization, or multi-channel experience engineering.
• Ability to collaborate with senior technical and business stakeholders.
