Job SummaryWe are seeking two
Digital Channels Leads to architect, design, and deliver enterprise-grade digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in modern digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities- Architect and implement enterprise digital solutions using React JS, React Native, and Angular across web and mobile channels.
- Drive solution design for hybrid and cross-platform mobile applications; Flutter expertise is a strong plus.
- Contribute to and lead "vibe coding" initiatives using specialized tools and product accelerators.
- Collaborate with design, content, and engineering teams to create immersive, responsive, and accessible digital experiences.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, reusable components, coding patterns, and performance benchmarks.
- Lead client workshops, platform evaluations, and digital modernization roadmap efforts.
- Integrate front-end solutions with CMS, analytics, and marketing platforms (Adobe, Sitecore, Drupal, Optimizely).
- Guide development teams on DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native delivery pipelines.
Required Skills- 8+ years of experience in web and mobile architecture.
- Deep hands-on expertise in:
- React JS (mandatory)
- React Native (mandatory)
- Angular (mandatory)
- Experience with additional frameworks is a plus:
- Flutter, Vue.js, Next.js, Node.js
- Strong understanding of:
- Headless CMS and DXP platforms
- API-first architectures
- MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO techniques, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication and client advisory skills.
- Leadership experience guiding engineering teams in complex digital initiatives.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Required).
- Proven background leading digital channels, platform modernization, or multi-channel experience engineering.
- Ability to collaborate with senior technical and business stakeholders.
