Poste et missions The Global Markets Business Support and Monitoring IT team is responsible for providing Level 1 functional and technical Support on applications used by all Global Markets business lines (Equity Derivatives, Securities Lending, Global Macro (Rates, FX, Commodities), Credit) Front Office, Operations and Risks Functions teams.
We are seeking a Production Support Lead to coordinate the resolution of incidents and follow up action plans on applications across multiple IT teams, ensure our IT Run Framework is followed by the team members - including data quality in Service now and prompt communication -- and report KPIs to stakeholders and management. He/She/They will oversee project portfolio related to Market Data & Access domain.
The candidate should have transversal functional Front to Back knowledge of Global Markets Applications and will ensure continuous improvement of the IT Run level of service delivered to the business. He/She/They will work closely with his peers in Head Office, various IT teams (IT Support, IT Development, IT Infrastructure, ...) locally and globally.
Main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate incident resolutions across various IT teams locally and globally, and escalation to management.
- Provide guidance to incident resolution and participate to resolutions of major incidents
- Ensure IT Run Framework is followed by team members, including systematic tracking of incidents, data quality of incident description and action plans tracking
- Ensure and be responsible for major incident communication to business and IT stakeholders
- Follow up on action plans and post-mortem on major incidents, across various IT teams.
- Be the liaison with Operational Risks for major IT incidents
- Participate to KPIs preparation and presentation to stakeholders
- Ensure continuous improvement of support service level offered to users.
- Oversee project portfolio related to Market Data & Access domain
- Assist with coordination for remediation projects and actions related to Market Data domain across various IT teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
- Experience in IT Support Analyst functions and/or IT business analysis for Front to Back Office in the Finance industry. Previous project management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial Products (Structured Products, Equity Options, Securities Lending, TRS, Repo, Interest Rate Derivatives and term structures, Credit bonds, CLO...) and their trade workflows.
- Knowledge and experience of business processes and applications:
- Equity trade execution and booking (Fidessa, Dash, Markitwire, Sophis or similar...)
- Rates, Fx and Credit Markets Trades and booking gateways (Bloomberg, ION, ...)
- Pricing, P&L and Risk management (Summit, Murex, Sophis....)
- Settlement and accounting (Calypso, Summit...)
- Experience with complex applicative cartography
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Strong communication skills.

The salary range for the Associate position will be between $115,000 - 145,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
The salary range for the VP position will be between $145,000 - 180,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
